 Job Description:
The North American Accessories Manager is pivotal in promoting the product line through the Accessory product line. A successful person inspires, motivates and ultimately executes strategic sales and marketing activities for these product categories both within the organization and across the dealer network.

This will be accomplished by working across all areas of the organization (regional managers, marketing, distribution, customer service) and the dealer network to substantially grow a $10 million-a-year accessory business with the goal of doubling it over the next 3 years.

The current strategic priorities identified for this position are Generating Demand, Driving Retail Sales, Optimizing Wholesales, and Engaging Stakeholders to ensure the overall business achieves its objectives.
Key Duties and Responsibilities**: Business Management Deliverables_ Develop/Refine/Implement Accessory Strategic and Tactical Business Planning Develop/Monitor/Beat Yearly Budget for Accessory Department Develop/Lead/Champion Vision to Team Members and Stakeholders Product Benchmarking/Competitive Analysis/Consumer Trend Monitoring to Inform Product Management Team and Business on Product Strategy Needed to Achieve Targets Develop Buy Recommendations for Product Inventory Needed to Achieve Targets Marketing Deliverables_ Develop/Implement/Monitor Marketing Plans Across All Channels (Digital, Events, In Dealership, Print, Broadcast, Social, PR, etc.)

Strong computer skills (specifically Excel, Word and Power Point)
Education/Experience**:
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least 5 years’ experience operating within a high-performance retail/wholesale environment, preferably in the transportation industry and with knowledge of the dealer business model.
Additional Information**:
The position will require travel 25-33% of the time to dealers and a variety of customer and industry related events, both domestically and internationally.
