Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop product marketing plan for business division, primarily for industrial applications using and defining the marketing mix accordingly.
  • Develop and execute pricing strategies along with sales plans and all related marketing activity.
  • Execute appropriate marketing mix for products
  • Monitor price strategy performance through price and profit analysis.
  • Position products and create marketing messages for advertising campaigns,  marketing collateral, etc.
  • Manage marketing strategy by employing competitive intelligence tactics and applying necessary adjustments.
  • Create sales training and materials to support sales channels
  • Cooperatively new product development roadmaps
  • Utilize VOC and QFD tools to assist in product development and meeting the needs of the customer.
  • Serve as customer proxy during design and product reviews to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Translate and communicate product value of new products to sales teams and create tools to assist the selling process.
  • Successfully launch new products, working with marketing communications and demand generation teams
  • Support sales plan developments by conducting market research
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or related field preferred
  • 10 plus years of engineering or marketing in a technical or industrial, preferably commercial products
  • Lead and execute strategies and tactics to develop and market technical product offerinings for commercial customers.
  • Understand and translate business needs to engineering team as well as sales professionals and managers. Collaborate with a global, multi-cultural marketing group while also managing large group of global partners
  • Manage various projects working in conjunction with multi-national cross-functional team
  • Must have strong English language proficiency to communicate across the globe with international team members and customers.
  • Ability to operate effectively and professionally in a highly collaborative work culture and influence and lead peers without relying upon positional power.
