REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – CAPITAL EQUIPMENT

WORK FROM HOME (anywhere in TX)!

COMPANY:  Our Client is a manufacturer of plastics industry processing equipment.  In this role, you will work from your home office calling primarily on plastics processors in Texas and maybe some of the surrounding states.  Texas will be you’re focus, for sure.   This is a multi-national manufacturer with a brand new plant in the US.

LEADER IN MARKET:  They are widely recognized as a leader in their area of specialty. 

MANAGER:  Your manager is a fantastic, supportive, team-based manager who will help you in your role.  This person really is a “we all win together” type of manager that has a very positive approach to training and management.  He wants everyone rowing in the same direction. 


PAY:  This is a “base pay plus commission” job with a Company Car and a GUARANTEED first year commission/bonus.  This will help you as you get your clientele established.

WHO WE SEEK:  They are looking for a motivated, dynamic, and well-rounded sales rep to grow the sales for this organization through the development of new customers.   They are looking for driven hunters who know how to build relationships and who like to be in front of the client.   
 
REGIONAL SALES MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3 years experience in one of these 3 areas
    • Plastics capital equipment would be perfect.  If you’ve sold equipment or auxiliary equipment into the plastics market, you already have the right customers.
    • Plastics materials to the plastics market.  Similarly, if you’ve been selling plastics materials into the plastics market, you have the right customer base.
    • Capital equipment of any kind to any market may work.  This is a big $$ sale, so the process is similar.
  • 2 years experience in a sales position, with a “hunter” mentality, and confidence in the ability to earn a significant portion of their wages in the form of commission.
  • Highly assertive, relentless sales personality and the proven ability to proficiently analyze, prepare presentations, and close multi-million-dollar growth opportunities.
