Job Description
Title:  Talent Acquisition Manager/Eastern MA
Reports to: Director of Talent Acquisition                                  
Position Summary:  This position is responsible for the recruitment and hiring of all Nursing and Paraprofessional Caregivers 
for a Private Pay Home Care Agency
Essential Job Duties:
  • Ability to travel as needed from Boston to the Cape-multiple offices
  • Develop candidate generation sources to build a talent pipeline
  • Network through industry contacts, employees, and social media (including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
  • Network within the community to generate a diverse pool of candidates
  • Attend outside events/meet with local businesses to generate candidates
  • Place all recruitment advertising
  • Attend career fairs and networking events to generate candidate leads
  • Build relationships with colleges and universities
  • Review career inquiries and conduct phone screens
  • Schedule a high volume of applicant interviews weekly
  • Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing; analyzing responses; comparing qualifications to job requirements
  • Verify references 
  • Follow the Company’s hiring process as outlined
  • Meet with office staff and managers to identify and fulfill recruitment needs
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Travel to offsite locations to meet potential caregivers.
Educational/Experience Requirements:
  •  College Degree, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • A minimum of two to three years of experience in healthcare recruiting environment
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
