Job Description
We are looking for a Territory Manager / Account  Manager / Sales Representative / Sales Specialist who will be responsible for achievement of sales objectives within assigned territory/GI Specialty.

  • Achieve sales goals through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Achieve established reach and frequency objectives to target physicians.
  • Effectively utilize resources to increase relationships and awareness of products and enhance professional development, e.g. promotional speaker programs, mentorship’s, etc.
  • Leverage product/technical knowledge and sales skills.
  • Consistently influence customer use of products by delivering tailored messages.
  • Differentiate products from competitors.
  • Address appropriate managed care coverage and reimbursement in sales discussions.
  • Develop and implement territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis.
  • Team with and work cross-functionally within the company and assigned region as well as any co-promotion partners.  
  • Effectively manage sales budget and field related expenses as per company guidelines.
  • Manage administrative duties independently, timely and with accuracy.
  • May serve on advisory teams in such areas as training, marketing or commercial operations.
  • May serve as a Certified Field Trainer for new sales specialists (Sales Specialist).
  • Performs all duties in keeping with the Company's core values, policies and all applicable regulations. 
  • BA/BS degree required and 1-5 years of specialty biopharma and/or medical device and/or medical diagnostics sales experience.
  • Related specialty GI experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of success as a specialty biopharma and/or medical device sales and/or medical diagnostics representative.
  • Experience in successfully managing all aspects of a sales territory.
  • Geographic knowledge of marketplace strongly preferred.
  • Implementation of product launch plan is desired.
  • Expertise in various computer software programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills required.
